1. Precautions for engine use

 1. After a new engine or a major overhaul, the diesel engine cannot be operated at full load and high speed from the beginning. It must be run in at low speed and light load for 50 hours before it can be transferred to normal operation.

 2. Ensure that the fuel is clean. If necessary, filter through sedimentation or silk cloth.

 3. Maintain normal water temperature (70～85℃) and oil pressure (0.2～0.4MPa at medium speed)

1. Check whether the oil level in the oil pan is between the two engraved lines on the oil dipstick and is close to the upper engraved line. After the new engine or the diesel engine that has been out of service for a long time, after filling the engine oil to the upper marking line, run at low speed for 5-10 minutes and then stop, and measure the oil level again with the oil dipstick.

 2. Check the water volume in the water tank.

 3. Check the oil level in the fuel injection pump. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished to the specified position.

 4. Eliminate three leaks (oil, water, gas).
